I have an admiration for talent of all kinds and so, now and then, I take some of the business sense I have accumulated over the years, and share a vision with an artist. The people I represent are deeply committed to their art and make me want to let the world know about them. I am very proud that they trust me enough to share their journey and, when I can, to lend a hand.
From their very first release, Nothing and Nowhere, and all through their albums and ep's since then, The Birthday Massacre have kept up a standard of art and music that few bands would even attempt to try. There is a timelessness about what they are doing and I have no doubt that people will continue to "discover" The Birthday Massacre for years to come and that their body of work will be considered important in the context of the popular music of today.
